| The Harpers Inn is located in beautiful surroundings close to the idyllic Pendle Forest and Pendle Hill. Originally thought to be a chapel, The Harpers Inn now houses a public house and restaurant run by William (from County Kerry) and Ann (from Liverpool), a successful husband and wife team. They met and got married on the beautiful island of Sark in the Channel Islands, and they started their first restaurant there (also called Fitz's). |

| Before they moved over to Burnley, William lived on the island of Sark for 12 years, and Ann lived there for 3 years. They finally settled in Fence, East Lancashire in October 2007. |
